Career

Mihai is one of our firm’s founding partners, with more than 15 years of experience in M&A projects in both privatisations and private acquisitions involving Romanian and international companies.

Mihai coordinated major restructuring projects involving the merger, spin-off and winding-up of private as well as listed companies. Mihai has broad experience in the oil&gas and energy, tax and fiscal area, as well as with the electronics, pharmaceuticals and food industries.

Mihai headed Schoenherr’s competition law practice based in Bucharest, handling Competition Council investigations, complex merger control proceedings, state aid projects, compliance programs and other competition issues.
