The much lauded practitioners comprising Irwin Mitchell’s family department are instructed by entrepreneurs, highly skilled professionals, and CEOs to handle the whole spectrum of family law matters. The team has recently introduced two new service lines- mediation and counselling- and continues to be noted for its strong links to the sports and media world. Hayley Trim heads up the team, splitting her time between Southampton and Chichester, and bringing extensive expertise on nuptial agreements and intergenerational wealth planning to the department.
Hayley is a partner in our national Family Team with particular links to the South Coast, Chichester and Southampton, although her clients come from all over the country and abroad. She handles all kinds of family law work including matters with an international element. She has a specialist interest in wealth protection for her clients and leads our Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements Team of Excellence.
Hayley is passionate about the law and using it to the best advantage of her clients. But expert legal knowledge is just one aspect of her role.
