Aderonke’s interests cut across Corporate Restructuring, Regulatory and Compliance, Trademarks, Conveyancing and Dispute Resolution. She regularly advises local and international clients in ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance as well as the full protection of their respective interests within the bounds of the law.

She was part of the team that advised Wakanow.com Limited (one of Africa’s largest online travel agencies) on the expansion of its business across East & West Africa as well as its recent investment of US$40Million from NASDAQ listed Carlye Group, a global alternative asset manager; provided company secretarial services to several of the firm’s clients.
