Dr. Mohamed Al Degwy is a partner at Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy and head of competition practice. He has over nine years of practice experience in Egypt representing all matters concerning corporate legalities, transactions, M&As, trademarks, registration, negotiation, drafting, and establishing favorable agreements for his clients.

Dr. Mohamed’s practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, capital market transactions along with general corporate matters and regulatory compliance. Ensuring that the proper legal documentation and representation is afforded to the clients of MBH whether they be reviewing, negotiating, structuring, and implementing necessary agreements related to civil, commercial, investment, banking, and competition law.
