Jan specializes in (international) and corporate law disputes. He represents enterprises, investors, financiers, entrepreneurs, directors and shareholders. Jan regularly litigates at civil court and the Enterprise Chamber. He is experienced in liability law, contract law, private international law, seizure and enforcement law.

Jan studied civil law at the University of Amsterdam. He also studied medicine at the Academic Medical Center of Amsterdam (AMC-UvA) where he gained experience in various hospitals. Until his transfer to Rutgers & Posch Jan worked successively at Wijn & Stael and Finch Dispute Resolution.
