Position
Charlotte qualified in 2010 and joined the private client team at Freeths from Browne Jacobson in 2018. Charlotte advises clients on a range of private client matters including the preparation of Wills and trusts, succession planning, inheritance tax, trust administration, powers of attorney and the administration of estates.
She has particular experience dealing with complex probate matters and inheritance tax advice for small business owners. Charlotte is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has received a STEP excellence award in the Taxation of Trusts and Estates.
