Family.   Deals with all type of matrimonial cases including those that may have an international or trust element. 

Position

Partner specialising in family law, including prenuptial ,post nuptial and cohabitation agreements, divorce, separation, property and maintenance issues and cohabitee disputes; particular specialism is in dealing with financial cases which involve substantial assets , including property and pensions and advising clients who have owner/managed businesses; also advising and dealing with court proceedings in relation to child arrangements, including parental responsibility and financial provision  .  She appears in court and conducts her own advocacy on a regular basis.

Articled Edward Hands & Lewis; qualified 1982; worked in two smaller firms within the City of Nottingham ; partner Freeths LLP 1988 to date
