Norman is a senior associate in our Commercial Litigation team and he is experienced in a diverse range of contract disputes but including in particular the supply of goods and services; property litigation including boundary issues, commercial lease termination and dilapidations, possession actions, covenant enforcement including injunctive relief, contentious trust and probate including disputed wills, Inheritance Act claims, removal and substitution of trustees, and claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA), debt recovery and insolvency, professional negligence, partnership disputes; and defamation.
Career
Norman Hunter-Goulder qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has more than 25 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial and general civil litigation and dispute resolution. He joined Hunt & Coombs in December 2021 bringing with him an established client following.
