Position

Rebecca is a Senior Associate and has experience in advising a diverse range of clients including corporate clients, limited companies, SME’s and individuals, across a broad range of commercial disputes. She has a wealth of general commercial litigation experience, and has developed expertise in property litigation, professional negligence and debt recovery.

Rebecca is able to advise on:

  • Contractual disputes;
  • Property matters (forfeiture, lease extensions and renewals, dilapidations claims, landlord and tenant issues, boundary disputes and repossessions);
  • Professional negligence claims (including claims against valuers, solicitors and accountants);
  • Debt recovery and insolvency; and
  • Enforcement action.

Rebecca is a pragmatic solicitor who is always keen to explore the practical as well as legal solutions to a client’s dispute. Rebecca understands that litigation can be a difficult process and works hard to ensure that her clients receive a first-class service.
