Benoit Marpeau joined the Paris Bar and started his career at Cotty Vivant Marchisio & Lauzeral where he practiced in Paris and Tokyo, and was elected to the partnership in 2013. He joined Dethomas Peltier Juvigny & Associés in 2015.

Renowned for his expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions and complex corporate finance transactions for public or private companies, he is an expert at the Club des Juristes (a French legal think-tank).
