Position

Henrik Græsdal is head of Public Law and Procurement.

Henrik advises municipalities, regions, public companies and energy service companies within the areas of public law, municipal law and rights/ regulations to grant supplies in respect of cost management and commercial-law rules, including formation of companies. Henrik’s previous working experience includes working for local Government Denmark, as head of department at the State Administration under the Danish Ministry of Interior, and as a municipal chief executive. His work experience has given him extensive knowledge about the public sector and the political environment in which the municipalities and their departments operate.
