Since the mid-nineties Anne Kathrine has devoted her professional life to employment law.

Before founding Labora Legal in 2010, Anne Kathrine was a partner at Accura where she headed the employment law department. Before that she headed Employment Law, a division within the Confederation of Danish Employers (DA) focusing on protection of employers’ interests with regard to national and international employment law, first and foremost EU.

Today, Anne Kathrine assists employers within many industries and sectors and has an extensive knowledge of various sector related customs and standards, for instance within the financial sector, real estate and asset management.

Since 2009 and until January 2018 Anne Kathrine was a member of the Danish Board of Equal Treatment, appointed by the Minister for Employment. From this work Anne Kathrine has gained a profound insight into all aspects of non-discrimination disputes that may arise at the work place, and with this expertise she is a highly valued advisor to employers across all industries as well as a popular lecturer at conferences.
