Career

Kennedy completed her undergraduate degree in Law and Criminology at the University of Plymouth and went on to study her LPC at the University of Exeter.

Since completing the LPC she’s worked for a large trans-Atlantic firm where she primarily dealt with Debt Recovery matters and was sent on client secondment to deal with Data Protection breaches. She’s also worked for a large regional firm dealing with Property Litigation matters, ranging from re-possession to disrepair.

Kennedy joined Wollens in September 2020 in the Dispute Resolution department dealing with a wide range of litigation matters under the supervision of Simon Bean and Hannah Venn-Munns.

Kennedy started her training contract with the firm in September 2021 and has practiced in the following areas – Dispute Resolution, Private Client and Residential Property.

As of September 2023, she has qualified into the Dispute Resolution Team, specialising in Property Litigation. Kennedy currently deals with the following:
