Career

Marco grew up in the London area and initially qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives before completing his Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice in Waterloo, London.  He practiced for over 15 years in Reading undertaking all aspects of Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution before emigrating and living overseas in France, South Africa and Mauritius for 8 years.

Marco joined Wollens in April 2023 and has been instrumental in setting up the firms Sports Law Division which he heads up. His work in the Sports Law division encompasses:

• Contract Negotiations
• Player Representation
• Regulatory Matters
• Disciplinary Appeals
• Sport Injury Claims
• Sponsorship deals for players and athletes

Leisure

Marco can always be seen at live sporting events looking for the next superstar to help and represent when he’s not spending time with my family or got my head in a book.

He loves everything Italian, is a foodie and an avid Arsenal fan.
