With over 10 years’ experience Wael has represented a wide range of regional and international clients and successfully handled complex civil and commercial litigation cases related to employment disputes, construction disputes, as well as real estate disputes.

Wael is registered with the Dubai Land Department as Real Estate Lawyer and has extensive experience with commercial claims related to construction and real estate projects and provides practical and commercial advice to all his clients.

Wael advises on the full range of employment law issues for both the employer and employees. He has recently handled more than 50 employment cases on behalf of a world known aviation company and achieved a 100% success rate.

Wael has frequently gained recognition from clients who have commented on his innovative approach to their disputes. He has a strong instinct on how to strategically win his cases and is known for his creative and out of the box thinking.

Wael is a firm believer and doer of client service. He makes himself available to his clients and provides them with an additional comfort layer.
