Yasemin is a graduate of Marmara University, School of Law (2009) and is registered to the Istanbul Bar Association (2010). She is a registered Trademark and Patent Attorney since 2013. She speaks fluent English and conversational French.

Yasemin mainly focuses on intellectual property matters, including copyrights, trademarks, domain names, industrial designs, unfair competition, licensing, and advertisements.

Yasemin regularly advises clients about trademark portfolios and intellectual property litigation matters. She handles all actions necessary to protect and strengthen her clients’ intellectual property portfolios, such as oppositions against publications notified in the Official Gazette as well as other office actions. Yasemin also protects clients’ intellectual property rights by preparing cease and desist letters as well as organizing and conducting raids for the seizure of counterfeit products. She also represents clients before the Turkish Patent Institute and in various types of disputes over the registration and use of domain names. She has experience in copyright infringement and compensation matters.
