Career

In 1992, he was admitted to practice as a German Patent Attorney (Patentanwalt) and a European Patent Attorney. Dr. Weinberger became a partner in the firm in 1993. Since 2023, he has been of counsel at VOSSIUS. He works on patent prosecution, opposition, revocation, and patent litigation cases.

Education

Dr. Weinberger studied chemistry at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. After completing his Ph.D. in the field of organic chemistry, he began training in the field of intellectual property protection in the firm of VOSSIUS in 1989.
