Position

Nicolas Aynès assists and represents clients for the resolution of their disputes, either in relation with civil or commercial litigation, or through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) modes (contractual or judicially conducted mediation, arbitration)

Nicolas also handles the structuring, negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, partnerships, distribution and cooperation agreements

His areas of expertise include contract and tort law, distribution law, banking and financial law (loans, derivatives, etc.), corporate law and real estate law

He has authored various legal publications, especially on distribution and banking and financial law

Career

Nicolas is a member of the Paris Bar since 2008. He started his career at Clifford Chance in 2008. In 2011, he joined LPA CGR Avocat where he stayed 9 years. He joined Fairway in 2020 as counsel and was co-opted as a partner in June 2022.
