Career

Assistant of a trademark attorney (2005-2008); lawyer (2008-2010), qualified trademark attorney (2010-2013), senior lawyer and trademark attorney (2013-2018). Promoted to Head of Legal in 2018, now having more than 15 years of professional experience in the IPR field.
Main responsibilities include trademark infringement, invalidation and cancellation actions, anti-counterfeiting matters and enforcement at customs and police, representation before courts, Board of Appeal and European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Advises in all areas of trademark law, including licensing, franchising, domain name disputes, unfair competition, and copyright. Regularly acts as the invited lecturer at customs/enforcement seminars since 2010 and serves as an invited and permanent expert in the national legislative groups in the field of trademark/enforcement law since 2017.
