Career

Kim Høibye is partner in the banking and finance team where he advises Danish and international clients on all aspects of banking and finance law.

He has vast experience advising companies and financial institutions subject to financial supervision and has in-depth knowledge of the establishment, operation and regulation of companies in the financial sector.

In addition, Kim advises on capital market law, stock exchange listing (IPOs and APOs), tenders (prospectus) and MiFID.

Kim also helps international companies with the establishment on the Danish market and with general business law.

In addition, Kim is a member of a significant number of boards, including several financial institutions and investment funds.
