Career

Roumen Lyutskanov is co-founder of DOBREV & LYUTSKANOV Law Firm and is Partner since 1989. Mr Lyutskanov heads the following departments: Employment and Immigration; Energy; Environment and Utilities; Infrastructure, Transport and Communication; Real Estate and Construction; Litigation and ADR. He has extensive experience in the field of Corporate and M&A. Roumen has graduated from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski (LL.M. 1984). He has specialized in the sphere of Maritime Law. Mr. Roumen Lyutskanov is Member of the Board at Bulgarian Green Building Council (BGBC) and the only Attorney-At-Law in Central and Eastern Europe who is a Certified International Consultant of DGNB.
