Ramon’s areas of expertise are dispute resolution and litigation, corporate restructuring and company law.

Career

Ramon started his career in 2001 in an international law firm where he specialised in corporate restructuring and litigation. He has been teaching procedural laws and bankruptcy law at the University of Fribourg since 2007. He is also a lecturer for commercial and company law at Fernstudien Schweiz and has published a number of publications on commercial and procedural law.

Education

Ramon studied law at the universities of Basel (lic. iur. 1996) and Fribourg (Dr. iur. 2004) and at Columbia Law School, New York (LL.M. 2004). He was admitted to the bar in 1999 and became a civil law notary in 2007.
