Career

Amélie Pinçon is involved in the setting up and implementation of sales and property management operations. She assists French and foreign real estate players in their commercial leasing and real estate sales operations, both as counsel and in litigation.

Amélie Pinçon holds a Master II in Real Estate and Construction Law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas and a Master II in Environmental Law from the Universities of Paris I Sorbonne and Paris II Panthéon Assas.

Prior to joining ADVANT Altana, Amélie Pinçon was a partner at Simon Associés (2016-2020).  Amélie Pinçon began her career at Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés (2005-2007). She then worked at Frêche & Associés (2007-2008) before joining Reinhart Marville Torre (2008-2009). She then participated as a partner in the creation of the law firm Carakters in 2009.

Amélie Pinçon is President of the association of alumni of the Master II in Real Estate and Construction Law (AJEDIM ASSAS).
