Myrianthi is a senior member of our Corporate, Commercial and M&A and Banking & Finance practices with over fourteen years of Corporate & Commercial experience. Having worked at various notable Cyprus law firms in their Corporate departments.

Myrianthi possesses extensive expertise in various aspects of corporate and commercial law. Her capabilities include complex corporate transactions, companies’ restructurings, re-domiciliations, dissolutions, large scale company mergers and acquisitions including cross-border mergers as well as Intellectual property and compliance matters. She has also dealt with shareholder, loan, pledge, cooperation, and service agreements of large corporations.
