Position

I am an associate in Sorainen’s Finance & Insurance team. I advise clients on a wide range of issues related to fintech and finance and banking. 

Career

Financial market participants and compliance. I advise companies wishing to start operations in the Lithuanian financial market on establishment, licensing and regulatory issues related to their future operations. I pay particular attention to fintech companies and regulation of payment services. I also advise already-licensed financial market participants in the areas of compliance and intermediation and assist them in their dealings with the Bank of Lithuania.

Diverse experience in advising financial market participants. I have experience advising financial market participants across a wide range of financial market sectors. This allows me to better understand the overall functioning of the financial market and to take a holistic view of the issues they face, advise on potential risks and offer client-specific solutions.

Continuous improvement. I am convinced that continuous interest in financial technologies and learning is essential to providing the highest quality advice to financial market participants, and I strive to ensure continuous professional development not only in financial law but also in other areas.
