Position
As an associate with the firm‘s Dispute Resolution & Risk Management team, I specialise in civil and administrative disputes. Together with the team, I represent clients’ interests during legal proceedings. I also have experience in insolvency and criminal law.
Career
Compensation for damages. I often work on cases related to compensation for damages and have been involved in resolving high-profile disputes that have attracted public attention. Whatever kind of difficult situation the client faces, I make every effort to ensure the most effective protection of the client’s interests.
Administrative disputes. As a member of the Dispute Resolution & Risk Management team, I have worked on administrative cases challenging legislation adopted by public administration bodies. I have also gained valuable experience in the energy sector and EU financing matters.
