I am an associate with the firm’s Corporate and M&A team.

Career

Providing legal services. I advise local and international companies on corporate law and M&A matters. I also contribute in handling employment law issues and performing legal analyses and comparative work.

Continuous learning in diverse areas of law. I aim to continuously expand and deepen my knowledge not only in the field of corporate law and M&A, but also in fields of law not related to my main specialization. I am interested in family and inheritance law, especially in inheritance situations with an international element. Being also a member of the firm’s ThinkTank team, I often collaborate with colleagues from other practice groups.
