Career
As an associate with the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice, Kristi Tammiku mainly assists senior colleagues with drafting and reviewing the clients’ documents. She provides our clients with tailored and exact solutions to mitigate the issues they may have and helps them fulfill their vision by providing solutions that could be implemented easily and effectively.
Wide know-how base. Being passionate about the field of law in general, she has taken every opportunity to learn more about it. While her main focus is on Corporate and M&A matters, she has also done research in the law of the sea as well as enhanced her skill-set by learning from experienced lawyers focused on dispute resolution.
Lifelong learning. She is always looking to grow and develop her skills in order to better support our clients. She is a graduate of the Sorainen Student Academy and has also interned at the Tallinn Court of Appeals. To further expand her horizons she also completed a LLM with a focus on Technology and Intellectual Property Law from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Technology enthusiast. In the past, she has been engaged in the field of IT. This has allowed her to gain a deeper understanding of the ways modern technology works, and how to keep herself up to date with the pace we adopt new technologies.
