Career
As an associate with the Corporate and M&A team, Kadri Puu assists lawyers in their daily work, primarily drafting corporate documents as well as analyzing partnership agreements and diverse legal issues.
Striving for development and experience. She has interned as a legal assistant in various legal fields, including corporate, M&A, and real estate. Working as a lawyer in a notary’s office, she mainly prepared transaction documents and contracts involving real estate and companies, as well as advising and assisting clients. Before joining Sorainen she was an intern with their Corporate and M&A team.
Passion for studying. She is a graduate of the Sorainen Student Academy and also studied at the University of Sheffield Law School as an exchange student.
