María Antonieta has more than 25 years of professional experience in civil, commercial, banking and financial law. She has provided legal advice to international financial organizations as well as to banks and other Nicaraguan financial institutions, national and foreign investors, commercial companies and non-governmental organizations in Nicaragua.
She has also coordinated teams of consultants in charge of preparing and reviewing draft bills and regulations on commercial matters and comparative studies and legal advice on regional projects in Central America.
For fifteen years, Marie-Antoinette was an associate lawyer at two prestigious law firms in Nicaragua, and she is in charge of legal advice to important national and foreign companies.
María Antonieta is an arbitrator of the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Services, and a national arbitrator before the Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission (CIAC).
