Career
Hassan is one of the Eldib Partners and is a responsible for our Banking and Finance department. Moreover, he is a specialist in shipping disputes which was his initial field of specialization when he joined the firm at 1985.
Elkhashab has extensive experience in Banking and Finance products which afford him the opportunity to lead this department in our firm. He provides our clients whether they are banks or borrowers with legal opinions on acquisition finance (including public – privates), trade finance, asset finance and leasing, and structured finance.
He acted for many successful parties in high profile banks, corporate and commercial entities disputes via litigation. In addition to his meticulous skills in finalizing the international disputes through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) which led him to join the Board Director at International Law Association. His experience in the shipping field promoted him to also be a Board Member Egyptian Maritime Society.
