Simona Oliškevičiūtė-Cicėnienė is a Partner and Head of Real Estate and Infrastructure Department at COBALT Lithuania. She has over 14 years of experience in advising various market leading international and local companies, as well as Lithuanian Government and its institutions on sophisticated mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, as well as private equity transactions in real estate, energy, infrastructure, finance and other industries. Her extensive experience in representing both public and private entities also covers such fields as corporate rescue, restructuring and corporate governance.

Cobalt is acting for Rail Baltica Statyba, Lithuanian Railways and the Ministry of Transport and Communications on the development of Rail Baltica. Other clients include Vilniaus energija, Amberwind and Höegh LNG. Practice head Simona Oliškevičiūtė-Cicėnienė has been working on various projects covering green and conventional energy as well as other infrastructure.

Cobalt is best known for transactional work and infrastructure projects, such as Rail Baltica. The team also advised DAO AM on buying a shopping centre and handled Geneba’s sale of its portfolio to Laurus Properties. Other clients include Agus Capital Management and Eurovia. Recently promoted partner Simona Oliškevičiūtė-Cicėnienė heads the practice, which includes highly experienced managing associate Aušrys Šliavas.
