Dr Joachim Heinemann undertook his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Celle, Germany, which included working in the corporate law department for Luther and for the Permanent Representation Office of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg in Berlin, Germany. Dr Joachim Heinemann was admitted to the German Bar in 2013. Before joining Luther in 2017, he worked for four and half years in the Private Equity / M&A department of an international law firm in the offices of Munich and Hamburg.
Education
Dr Joachim Heinemann studied law at the Universities of Tübingen and Hamburg (Germany), with a focus on company, labour and capital market law. He obtained his doctorate from the University of Hamburg for a doctoral thesis on a corporate law topic (“hidden contribution in kind”).
