Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1997, he began his career with De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in 1996, pursued to Ashurst Morris Crisp (1998-2001) and at SJ Berwin (2001-2006) as an associate in private equity, then at Bird & Bird (2006-2012) as partner in charge of financing practice in Paris. He joined Veil Jourde as counsel in 2012 and became partner in 2019. He is dedicated to financing operations (private equity, real estate, project, corporate financing…) and debt restructuring. He also intervenes on litigation and regulatory issues in the banking field. He has developed a specific expertise in alternative currencies (cryptocurrencies and complementary local currencies)
