Career

Adv. Yehoshua has extensive experience as an expert in real estate taxation, income tax , VAT, and in particular litigation in those areas. This includes the representation of clients before the district and Supreme Courts. Among the issues in which Adv.Yehoshua specializes are taxation of residential apartments, taxation of combination deals, taxation of return transactions, taxation of options In real estate, land and property taxation, taxation for the expansion of kibbutzim and moshavim in Israel (co-operative settlements), for which Adv. Yehoshua also handled the obtaining of a tax settlement, lowest as can be, for such expansion. As part of her work Adv. Yehoshua also writes professional legal opinions as well as represents clients real estate transactions before the tax authorities in tax assessment deliberations and negotiations. Adv. Yehoshua served as a hunior lecturer at the University of Tel Aviv and the College of Management in Rishon LeZion, and currently lectures on behalf of the firm in professional courses of the Israel Bar Association.
