Adv. Kimmel has many years of experience in Real Estate taxation, and especially litigation in these areas. In this context, Adv. Kimmel is involved in everything concerning tax aspects associated with  real estate transactions, handling tax assessments, praparing tax calculations and other preparations for discussions against the tax authorities.In addtion Adv. Kimmel as part of her work in the firm’s litigation department is involved in writing legal opinions, preparations and submissions to the different appeals committees and various Courts.
