Career
A “graduate” of the Israel tax authority Adv. Rossiansky is highly experienced and specializes in all matters relating to real estate taxation, including the preparation of professional legal opinions, tax consult to projects of construction- evacuation, corporate liquidation, trusts, accompanying complex real estate transactions from the planning stage of the transaction and agreements, through filing reports to the tax authorities, following through up to the issuance of the tax assessment, including representation in the administrative appeal procedure for said assessments before the tax authorities as well representation in appeals filed to the appeals committees at the Courts. Adv. Rossiansky also serves as the firm’s academic coordinator to the Israel Bar Association and lectures in professional conferences, seminars and courses.
