Adv. Berger has more than 25 years of experience in the field and has served as former Director of the professional Department at the tax authority administration. Adv. Berger is an expert lawyer specializing in VAT taxation consulting and in all matters relating to indirect taxes. Adv. Berger provides first-class professional advice to both private clients and business ones, which include business companies, institutional and financial organizations, banks insurance companies, as well as for municipalities and government companies. Adv. Berger also serves as an arbitrator in cases in which disputes involving complex VAT issues are involved. In addition to his work as a lawyer, Adv. Berger is a full professor at the Faculty of Accounting and Business Administration at the Hebrew University and also lectures before the professional bureaus such as the Israel Bar Association and the Accounting Bureau. Adv. Berger is the Co-author of the book “value added Tax in law and theory”.
