Adv.Solomon has extensive experience regarding tax aspects in real estate transactions including taxation on multiple apartments, tax calculations for individuals who have more than one apartment, tax for additional building rights, and more. In addition, Adv. Solomon specializes in all matters relating to taxation of real estate associations and the realization of assets in the best way by these associations. Adv. Solomon is the author of a book on “Taxation of Real Estate Associations.” Adv. Solomon also serves as an academic coordinator on behalf of the firm and lectures in courses and seminars at the Israel Bar Association and other forums.
