Position
Partner Francesco P. Ruggeri Laderchi specialises in litigation and restructuring, with a specific focus on litigation before the European Courts and restructuring issues. During more than a decade in Brussels, he acquired a unique cross cutting experience across significant areas of EC law and the associated political process. As a Member of the Legal Service of the EC Commission and a Legal Advisor in the Legal Service of the Council of the European Union he has had a particular focus on litigation both in national and Community proceedings. Since returning to private practice, Francesco P. Ruggeri Laderchi has been involved with a number of domestic and cross-border insolvency and restructuring operations, litigation in various Italian courts, arbitration proceedings and cartel cases.
