Claudio Labruna’s practice focuses on commercial contracts, corporate and litigation matters. In the litigation arena he has acquired a wide expertise both before courts and arbitration panels discussing cases of a commercial, corporate and strict civil law nature before courts throughout Italy.

Claudio Labruna advises primary national and international clients in complex commercial law disputes with a particular emphasis in the consumer goods and the medical and pharmaceutical sector. In addition to his litigation capabilities he has also regularly advised clients in M&A and restructuring matters.
