Andrea Zinober is a partner since 2024 and joined bpv Hügel in 2021. She was trained at Zeiner & Zeiner in Vienna, where she practiced in IP, distribution law and commercial contracts. Andrea has been advising international and national companies for 20 years and has extensive experience in the areas of unfair competition law.

Andrea is an active member of the Unfair Competition Working Group and the Distriubution Working Group of LIDC, prepares the national reports and regularly lectures on unfair competition issues (greenwashing, protected know-how, trade secrets).
