Udi is the head of commercial law at The Luzzatto Law Firm.

He is a seasoned international business attorney with over 25 years of experience in providing comprehensive legal services as well as business and strategic consulting to both international and local clientele across multiple business sectors and industries. He earned a reputation as an authority on the practical and legal aspects of entrepreneurship and innovation with specific reference to technology-based ventures.
Udi had personally spearheaded and co-founded many local and international business ventures in various fields over the years.

He presided in various corporate capacities in both local and offshore companies, including the positions of Director and CEO, enabling him to contribute critical hands-on business and corporate governance experience.
Udi believes in an interdisciplinary approach to business and legal scenarios and systematically applies this conviction to his practice, utilizing his extensive and versatile academic and professional experience for the benefit of his clients.

Ehud is a member of the Israel Bar Association and a certified Mediator (including General and Family Mediation) by the National Institute of Mediation under the Israeli Bar.

Education

Udi holds an L.L.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from the University of Leicester, England as well as a variety of other degrees, including: A Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (M.E.I), an MBA equivalent with specialization in entrepreneurship and growth venture management (including studies of Financial Accounting, Managerial Finance and Financial Strategies), with Swinburne University of Technology, Australia; An Associate’s Degree in Medical Cannabis – Technological & Business Entrepreneurship, Medical Applications & Cultivation, with the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology; Studies of International Relations and East-Asian Studies, at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel; Studies of International and European Relations and Economics with the Amsterdam School of International Relations, Universiteit van Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Udi has been invited as a Guest Lecturer in the fields of Corporate and Entrepreneurship Practice and Technology Based Ventures in ISEMI College of Entrepreneurship, Tel Aviv and the Ben-Gurion University Accelerator Program in Beer Sheva.
