Senior partner; represents many of the world’s largest gambling and leisure operators as well as UK operators in all areas of land based and remote gambling. He also provides specialist gambling and leisure expertise to leading City and overseas law firms and private equity firms in relation to corporate transactions.

Trained Beachcrofts; qualified 1980; Gregory Rowcliffe & Co 1980-86 (partner 1983); Nicholson Graham & Jones 1986-88; Shoosmiths & Harrison 1988-93; Biddle & Co (later Pinsents) 1993-2004; founding partner Harris Hagan 2004. A frequent contributor of articles to leading specialist publications aimed at the gambling leisure industry; regular chairman/speaker at conferences and seminars on gambling law, and general editor of ‘Gaming Law: Jurisdictional Comparisons’ published 2012 and 2014.
