Mr. Attahar is an Attorney licensed within the State of Libya as a member of the Libyan Bar Association and holds a Bachelor’s Law Degree from the School of Law of the University of Tripoli. He has extensive experience within investment law as he worked as the head of the Legal Department of several investment projects throughout Africa.

With over a decade of experience, he currently works in our Litigation Department, pleading before Libyan Courts of First Instance and Courts of Appeal.
