Legal Consultant, Ms. Ben Al-Fakih currently consults as part of both our esteemed Intellectual Property and bilingual Consultation Department, providing advice to clients in areas of labor law as well as commercial and corporate matters.

Career

Ms. Fatima holds a first-class Bachelor’s degree with honors in Law from Manchester Metropolitan University. As well as being a Harvard global case competition presenter, Fatima has undertaken several pro bono schemes during her time at university in Greater Manchester. These programs involved offering legal assistance and support to start-ups, charities, and social enterprises alongside lawyers from Addleshaw Goddard. Ms. Fatima firmly upholds the value of ensuring access to justice. She actively participated in the Support Through Court charity, where she provided practical, procedural, and emotional support in various aspects of Civil and family court proceedings. Thanks to her exceptional bilingual skills, Fatima guided many non-English speaking clients through a wide range of disputes, including financial claims, probate cases with jurisdictional complexities in the U.K., and cases involving contractual misrepresentation.
