Mr. Zakria Abdalmomen holds an LLB degree from Middlesex University London. He later worked for the International Trade Law Division of the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs in Vienna which serves as the secretariat of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) conducting research on trade law which advised States on amending their domestic trade laws. He then worked for the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague in addition to three notable non-governmental organizations.

He is currently a legal consultant in the bilingual consultation department.
