Career

A German-speaking attorney at law with more than a decade of extensive experience in legal advisory roles in leading German and Serbian law firms, as well as international organisations focused on judicial reform in Serbia. While working as an attorney at law in Berlin, Düsseldorf and Belgrade, she specialised in corporate law, M&A, commercial law, intellectual property, data protection, pharmaceutical and healthcare law, employment law and compliance in a variety of industries, including IT, construction, pharmaceuticals, retail and consumer goods. Tanja has advised numerous German speaking clients operating in the Adriatic region.

Tanja holds an LL. M. degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Cologne and has been awarded scholarships for the Hospitation Programme in Germany by the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ), the German Bar Association (BRAK) and the German Bar Association (DAV), as well as the IPS Scholarship of the German Bundestag. She is a certified compliance officer by TÜV Rheinland Europe and a registered patent attorney at the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Serbia.
