Position
Partner, provides specialist advice to registered providers, local authorities, ALMOs and their tenants on all contractual, governance and regulatory issues relating to social housing. He advises on housing stock transfers, consultation documents, transfer agreements and related documentation; group structure arrangements, consolidations, charity law, trading companies and governance reviews, regulatory guidance, circulars and their requirements; all aspects of arms length management organisation (ALMO) arrangements, including the renewal of management arrangements; warranty matters, covenants and nominations. Commercial Solicitor of the Year at the 2009 Birmingham Legal Awards.
