Position

David specialises in advising alternative asset managers and institutional investors in all areas having to do with alternative investment funds, separate accounts, co-investment programs and related matters, including secondary transactions, mergers / acquisitions and seed and stake transactions.

David’s experience includes:

• Establishment of an ongoing co-investment program for a large US-based hedge fund manager
• Advising a global financial institution on the formation and offering of its global primary and secondary private equity funds of funds
• Negotiating investments in private equity funds and hedge funds (including funds of one) on behalf of a large Dutch pension fund manager
• Advising a major US mutual fund firm on the establishment and offering of a white-label private equity fund of funds
• Advising a global financial institution on secondary and synthetic secondary investments, including investments in continuation funds
• Advising fund managers, financial institutions and pension plans on investments in alternative asset managers
